Downtown Oakland Condo Remodel

Three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in the heart of Oakland, gutted and rebuilt from the studs out. New kitchen built around custom Amish cabinetry, new appliances throughout, and full remodels on all three bathrooms. Flooring, paint, and trim done top to bottom. Electrical and HVAC pulled out and replaced from scratch. Nothing in the unit was left untouched.

Lawrenceville Bathroom
Client demoed their own kitchen and bathroom, then called us in to rebuild. Replaced a rotted floor joist, waterproofed the crawl space, laid new subfloor, then ran tile from the kitchen through the bathroom. New tile shower, vanity, toilet, mirrors, and lights in the bath. New cabinets, butcher block counter, sink, and faucet in the kitchen. Rewired from the panel up.
